After more than 30 years as the principal of several commercial and residential construction companies, Andrew Karic elected to pursue work as a consultant and expert witness in all areas of construction, including the evaluation of construction claims, additional cost and delay claims, construction dispute analysis, surety claims investigation and mediation.

Mr. Karic's experience includes the "hands-on" ownership and operation of multiple construction firms and development companies in Arizona, including G & A Builders, Drew Construction, RAS Builders, Triumph Builders, and United Builders, LLC (SDVOSB).
